Medal of Honor multiplayer revealed, beta dated

BY Rain Anderson Jun. 14th, 2010 More on:Medal of Honor

The smoke has at last cleared around Medal of Honor’s DICE-developed multiplayer component.

The online portion of the October-bound shooter was revealed during EA’s presser today with a live on-stage demo of a 24-player match. It looked and felt quite a bit like Battlefield: Bad Company 2 to the TVGB collective, but the devil’s always in the details, isn’t it? Agree or disagree, the trailer above should assist in making a determination.

The beta date and platforms have also been formally confirmed: June 21 for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It’s said to be “global” and “massive,” though no details on how to gain access has yet been revealed. Except early access, that is; those who own Bad Company 2 and have pre-ordered MOH can get access on June 17.
